Customer Day Has Returned!

How cute is this!!?? A perfect CAS card by Courtney If you read her blog, this card is all about her fun day of shopping in NY! . I have been playing DJ hero for Wii lately, so this hip card is right up my alley! Corinne mixed fun images with some 8 Bit Pop Paper.  The color combo is perfect!

Upcycled Gift Packaging!!!

I made a recent purchase from Cheryl (MissMakesAlot) from her Etsy Shop and she sent me my items in the COOLEST most INVENTIVE upcycled packaging! The mail pack was handsewn recycled paper and the packaging was an upcycled beachmat, trimmed and repurposed! IT IS THE COOLEST THING EVER! So, I KNEW I had to reuse it! Beach mats like these are SUPER cheap right now. Target has the large ones in their $1 Spot Section.

I used some super cool Torendi elements!!!! See that cool laquered "b" monogram in the corner? That's the newest Fat Albert alphabet from Buzz and Bloom. AND, the fabric is from the latest Torendi Kit, Color By Number.

I have been eyeing this stamp set ever since it arrived at Torendi from Japan. I finally found some time to sit down and play with it this weekend.

Today Stamp Set - by Shinzi Katoh

I created a quick and easy card set using the "for you" stamp and Jillibean Soup papers from the December "Modern Red" kit and some Jillibean Soup Kraft! (If you haven't tired their kraft paper before, you should, it has a WONDERFUL feel to it like no other paper.)

Here is a close up of the stamped image.

Now I am just having a hard time deciding if I want to give this gift set away as a gift, or keep the cards to give to people with gifts! lol

The October Kit is HERE, JOY!

The Torendi October 2009 Kit is named "Joy" after the linen tape that comes in the kit and also because of the joy it brings me when I look at it. It just oozes happy! I don't know if it is the beautiful colors of the Cosmo Cricket Earth Love paper, the adorable post card, or the butter colored E.A.D rub-ons but it just says "joy" to me.
